At CVW Accounting, we focus on your needs and areas where we can add the most value. Unlike with hourly pricing, we are incentivized by efficiency, timeliness & accuracy, and open communication. We align our pricing with the value we add through our personalized services and high quality performance. Our pricing remains consistent throughout our agreement, which increases your budget certainty and allows you to better manage cash flow. As your partner, we want to avoid any unexpected bills or that feeling of being nickel and dimed.

OUR PROCESS
1. Contact Form
The contact form provides us with detailed information about your company, your budget, and the services you are interested in.
2. Discovery Call
During the discovery call, we will learn about your business objectives and accounting needs, as well as any specific challenges you are faced with. The purpose is to gain an understanding of ways we can help and add the most value to your business.
3. Assessment
During our account assessment, we will determine any catch-up or clean-up that may be needed as well as the level of on-going services we recommend thereafter. We understand that every business is unique, and therefore do our due diligence to properly align our value-added services with your business goals in mind.
4. Proposal
With our Proposal, we will outline our findings & recommendations determined during the assessment along with a quote & timeline for services.
5. Services Agreement
Upon acceptance of the Proposal, we will present you with our Services Agreement. We will review this agreement annually and anytime there is a change (or a request to change) in the Scope of Work.
6. Onboarding
Once the Services Agreement is in place, we will begin the onboarding phase and present you with next steps. You will also meet with your dedicated team consisting of an Accounting Manager and a Bookkeeper.
7. Services
Your dedicated Accounting Manager and Bookkeeper will begin managing your monthly services.
